About the artist...
I paint intuitively. It’s about the process of thought as much as achieving the right structure, form and balance in a painting. Painting whatever comes into my head at any given moment, even when I decide to paint over those “thoughts” later, is I think, what gives the finished piece a feeling of spontaneity. It is in this process that I continually explore the concept of how all we may all hold on to inner emotional or physical memories for so long that it becomes “our story.”
